1 - Immediate availability:
Infrastructured areas - Areas where infrastructure and urbanisation works have been concluded, thus allowing immediate (or short-term) installation of industry, trade and logistics units, etc.
2 - Short-term availability:
Areas under infrastructure - Areas integrating allotments, or similar, undergoing an infratructure process which has not yet been concluded. Thus, they allow a short/medium-term installation.
3 - Medium/Long-term availability:
Proposed areas - Areas integrating Detailed Plans or allotments, where infrastructure and urbanisation works have not yet started. This means installation may occur in the medium-term.
Built-up designated areas - Business hosting areas (BHA) integrating the Municipal Master Plans (PDM) and which have not undergone any urban action. These are available/free areas and their occupation will only be possible in the medium/long-term, depending on the rapidness of the action of potential stakeholders.
